Cancellation Policy

-Products must be returned within 7 days of Purchase.

For the cancel your order you should drop a mail on support@birthdayboom.in within 24 hours after placed order.

Cancellation of order can also be done within 24 hrs of placing your order.

-For all our Products returned we will refund 90% of the total Amount.

-Refund will be process to the same Account through which payment has been made

-Refund will be credited back to the account within 3-5 working days incase of Prepaid orders

If you want to replace the products(s)which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit or with defects please send us the mail at support@birthdayboom.in  or call us @ 020-65701238to initiate the return process,make sure to contact us as soon as you recieves the defective product(s).

If you bought the products on discount or using coupon, then the refund will be through coupon worth the amount paid for the product(s).

We will initiate the refund process once we have recieved the product(s) in our Warehouse.

You have to send the parcel back via any courier company, courier charges will be paid by you. currently we don’t have Pick up facility.
